The office of the resident coordinator in Nepal is seeking a responsible and proactive Executive Associate to perform a range of administrative functions to maximize the RR/RC’s time and effectiveness:
Responsibilities of Executive
- Ensure effective an efficient functioning of the RR/RC Office
- Serve as the primary point for internal and external inquiries
- Possess strong organization and the management skills
- Able to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters
Qualifications for Executive
- Secondary Education (preferably additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary)
- University Degree or equivalent would be desirable, but not a requirement
- Six years Experience of progressively responsible secretarial
- Skills on MS Office package
- Knowledge about UN and RC systems
