It seeks to hire manpower for the following post:
Local Governance Capacity Building Specialist
Key Functions:
- Identify capacity needs of Local Governments to deliver KEP at local level
- Plan capacity building activities and work with local Governments
- Provide strategic support to Local Governments
- Provide backstopping support to TSKEP team
- Follow up and monitor effectivenes of capacity building
- Prepare monthly capacity building work plan
- Prepare progress against plan, good practices and learning from the capacity building interventions.
Experience/Qualifications
Master’s Degree in economics, political economy, governance or any other related discipline
At least 6+ years of experience
Sound knowledge and skills on developing and delivering training to local government
