Beni is the district headquarters of Myagdi district at a distance of 290 kilometers from Kathmandu. Myagdi district lies in the west-centre of Nepal and is famous for being the home of the world’s deepest gorge dividing Dhaulagiri and Annapurna massifs- the Kali Gandaki gorge.
