Post: Human Resource and Organizational Development Manager -1 Position
Key qualifications and competencies:
-Master’s degree in Management / or other relevant disciplines
-A minimum of five years of experience in similar position with clear perspective on Organisational Development and results-based management culture
-Experience in organisational change management process
-Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of HR system, policies and procedures. Knowledge about labour regulations of the government of Nepal
-Ability to demonstrate good judgement, maintain confidentiality and discretion
-Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
-Ability to handle pressures associated with the role.
-Excellent language skills in English and Nepali including the ability to compose, edit, analyse and report using complex information
This is a Senior Manager position based in Kathmandu, with national and international travel as required.
