Government of Nepal has published list of public holidays in Nepal for the year 2019/20. Nepal Government has decreased the number of public holidays for the year 2076 in comparison to the year 2075. After the establishment of federal government in Nepal, seven provinces in Nepal has authority to announce public holidays within the province and local levels also can provide holidays for local jatras, festivals.
