Vacancy in Nepal Hydro and Electric Limited for Site Manager
Nepal Hydro & Electric Limited (NHE) is a pioneer company of Nepal involved in the project specific jobs of design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing/commissioning and repair of Hydro-Mechanical (HM) and Electro-Mechanical (EM) equipment of hydropower plants’, HV substations, heavy steel structures and management of projects to meet the customer’s requirements. NHE is seeking a self-confident, dynamic and result oriented individual for the following position:
Post: Site Manager
No. of Vacant Post: 1 (One)
Level: Will be decided according to the qualification and experience of the candidate.
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in installation, erection, testing and commissioning of hydro-mechanical equipment in hydro-electric project. Involved in project management will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities: to be responsible for management of the Sanjen and Sanjen (Upper) Hydroelectric project work at site (Administration, finance, technical, logistic, security, health and safety executive)
- To be responsible for the production plan, resources (man, machine and materials)
- To be responsible for safeguard of all project property including vehicle, machines.tools and other facilities/ assets under the project site.
- To be responsible for maintaining health, safety and environment under the scope of works.
- To prepare project documentation like preparation of installation procedure, operation manuals, and preparation of as built drawing etc. as per the requirement of the project contract.
Term: Project contract for one year with extension possibility.
Duty station: Sanjen and Sanjen (Upper) HEP, Rasuwa
Salary: As per Company rule
