Land Lease Agreement | How to write Land rent agreement
This contract is made between the land owner Mr. Prabesh Bhandari Kirtipur-8, Kathmandu, Nepal and Tenant Shree Binayak Brick Udyog Machchhegaun-01 Kha based on the following Terms and conditions mentioned below. Both the land owner and tenant have received the signed copy of this contract.
1. The rental charges of the above mentioned land situated at Machchhegaun Ward No. 01 Kha Plot No. 436 and 437 will be charged Rs. 46,200/- monthly which is equivalent to Rs. 5,54,400 yearly (five lakhs fifty four thousands and four hundreds only).
2. The tenant shall pay the rental charge on the basis of the claim bill submitted by the land owner on the half yearly basis.
3. The contract is valid for 5 (five) years from the date of signing this contract i.e. September 2006 however the contract is expanded further upon the prior information and manual understanding. Likewise, the contract agreement can be terminated upon the prior information of two months from either party.
4. Any disputes between the parties shall be cited at district administration office, Kathmandu, Nepal.
We both parties have clearly read and understood the above mentioned terms and conditions and hereby signed this contract.
